Physical fitness directly influences to brain wellness, which is basic for reasonable functions which is related  with perception, such as particular thinking and conclusion-making:



1) EXERCISE:

In Buddhism, mindfulness is a main side of the Noble Eightfold Path, which outlines the journey toward education. The Buddha taught various mindfulness meditation method as a means to cultivate awareness, clarity, and insight into the nature of reality.


  • Similarly, in Hinduism, practices like yoga and meditation highlight mindfulness as a way to quiet the mind, attain inner peace, and connect with the divine. The ancient text "Bhagavad Gita" discusses the theory of ancient practices laid the foundation for modern understandings of mindfulness, which have been further developed and researched in concurrent psychology and neuroscience. Jon Kabat-Zinn, a explorer in the field of mindfulness-based interventions, introduced the secular practice of Mindfulness-Based Stress drop (MBSR) in the late 1970s, which adapted traditional mindfulness practices for medicinal purposes.
